Our founder and Chief Consultant, Özge Özdemir, is a Certified ESG Analyst (EFFAS) and an Affiliate B Leader with B Lab Switzerland. With a background in Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic analysis, she brings 17+ years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

In 2021, she co-founded Ascentys ESG, a Swiss SaaS startup that combines AI and technology with ESG workflows. Until the acquisition of the company in 2025, she acted as its Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Delivery & Research. Together with her teammates, she developed a unique ESG assessment framework, an automated workflow for Carbon Footprint calculation and a module for analyzing corporate policies.

Recognized as a thought leader in sustainability, Özge is invited to speak at conferences and universities on topics such as ESG reporting, corporate strategy, and sustainable business transformation.

She holds an MSc in International Business Development from the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) and a BSc in Business from Galatasaray University (Türkiye). Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Turkish, she works with diverse clients across global markets.
